Privacy policy
In effect since 27 September 2026. This is a translation; the
Russian version is the governing one.
1. In short
salsabeat.ru is free and works without signing up. It does not ask for your name, phone number, e-mail
or any other details about you. Visits are counted by Yandex Metrica, which collects anonymous
technical data about the visit.
2. What is collected
When you visit, Yandex Metrica automatically receives:
- cookies and a browser identifier;
- the IP address and the approximate location derived from it;
- details of the device, operating system, browser and screen size;
- the addresses of the pages viewed, where the visit came from, its time and length;
- actions on the page: clicks, scrolling, starting playback, including session recordings (Session Replay).
The site's settings (tempo, key, instruments switched on) are kept only in your browser and in the page address and are not sent anywhere.
If you send feedback through the “Send feedback” form, the site owner receives by e-mail
(Yandex Mail) the text of the feedback, the page address, the rhythm settings and the browser type. The IP address is not stored.
The “Where to reply” field is optional: if you fill it in, that contact arrives with the feedback
and is used only to reply to you. Please do not put other personal data in your feedback.
Feedback is used only to fix bugs and improve the site.
3. Why
To understand how many people use the site, on which devices and which features they need, to find
bugs and make the site easier to use. The data is not sold, not used for advertising and not used
to identify visitors.
4. Who processes it
The data is collected and stored by Yandex LLC under the
Yandex Metrica Terms of Use.
The site owner sees it only as Metrica reports. Retention periods are set by those terms.
5. How to opt out
You can block cookies in your browser settings, turn on a tracker blocker or install the
Yandex Metrica opt-out add-on.
The site keeps working fully.
6. Consent
On your first visit the site shows a notice about cookies and Metrica with a link to this page.
By continuing to use the site you agree to the processing described above.
If you do not agree, leave the site or turn off data collection as described in section 5.
7. Changes
This policy may change; the current version is always on this page.
